延妇春对中年雌性大鼠神经内分泌的影响

EFFECTS OF YANFUCHUN ON THE NEURO ENDOCRINE IN MIDDLE AGED FEMALE RATS

目的:将延妇春开发成治疗妇女更年期综合征的新药,证实该药的药理作用。方法:选用12～14月龄动情周期紊乱的雌性大鼠进行实验,实验分延妇春5.0、10g·kg-1;更年安1.1g·kg-1,模型组及青年对照组;分别给大鼠连续灌胃延妇春5.0g·kg-1.延妇春10g·kg-1;更年安1.1g·kg-1及等量蒸馏水22天。结果:延妇春可使12～14月龄的雌性大鼠血清E2水平升高,血浆ACTH升高;使其下丘脑NA、DA含量升高,5-HT/DA、5-HT/NA比值降低,同时还可增加大鼠肾上腺重量。结论:延妇春可调节动情周期紊乱的雌性大鼠的神经内分泌。

OBJECTIVE: To examine the effects of Yanfuchun for developing a new drug of treating the woman's menopause syndrome.METHODS:The 12～14 months old rats which sexual circle being disorder were chosed;the groups were Yanfuchun 5.0 g·kg 1 ,Yanfuchun 10 g·kg 1 ,Gengnianan 1.1 g·kg 1 ,model group and young controls;the rats were administered in continuousness orally Yanfuchun 5.0,10.0 g·kg 1 ,Gengnianan 1.1 g·kg 1 and the same volume of water for 22 days respectively.RESULTS:Yanfuchun can increase the levels of serum E 2 and plasma ACTH,increase the contents of NA and DA in hypothalamus,decrease the ratio of 5 HT/DA and 5 HT/NA,increase the index of adrenal glands in the middle aged female rats.CONCLUSION:The results showed that Yanfuchun can modulate the neuro endocrine in female rats which sexual circle being disorder,it may be a useful drug for treating the woman's menopause syndrome.
