摘要
目的:测定新型甲硝唑缓释棒的释放度,方法:用转篮法测定该新剂型治疗牙周炎的释放度。结果:在80min以前的溶出动力学过程接近0级速度过程,K,t0.5分别为0.9833min-1,46.7min,比普通甲硝唑棒的释药速度慢一倍多。
OBJECTIVE: To study the release of MTZ sustained release stilus. METHODS:Rotation basket method was used.RESULTS:The kinetic process of release approximates to zero order kinetics before 80 min.The K,t 0.5 are 0.9833 min -1 ,46 7 min respectively.Released Velocity of MTZ stilus is twice as fast as that of sustained realease stilus.CONCLUSION:One insertion per three or four days for clinical use is considered preliminary.
