苦参及其混淆品刺果甘草的鉴别

STUDY ON KUSHEN AND ITS ADULTERANT CIGUOGANCAO

目的:对中药苦参及其混淆品刺果甘草进行鉴别研究。方法:性状鉴别法、显微鉴别法、理化鉴别法、TLC及紫外分光光度法。结果:两种的性状、显微、理化反应、TLC及紫外光谱特征均有不同之处。结论:两种主要特征均可作为鉴别依据,且刺果甘草不含苦参碱和槐定碱。

OBJECTIVE:To study on herba Kushen and its adulterant Ciguogancao.METHODS:The charateristics were compared and identified morphologically and histologically,physicochemical,TLC and UV analysis.RESULTS:Their morphological and histological,physicochemical,TLC and UV characteristics are different from each other.CONLUSION:The main characteristics can be used of differentiate Kushen from its adulterant.Ciguogancao doesn't include matrine and sophoridine.They can't be confused.
