摘要
以邻甲苯胺为原料,二氧化锰为氧化剂,所得甲基苯醌采用水蒸汽蒸馏分离后,再用连二亚硫酸钠为还原剂经盐析分离得鹿蹄素。结果总收率达60%,纯度达99%。
OBJECTIVE:To improve the synthetic process of pyroline.METHODS:o-toluidine was used as the starting meterid and maganese dioxide as oxidont,the reduction of toluiquinone to pyroline with sodium hydrosulfite was carried out after vaper distillotion and pyroline was separated with salt separation.RESULTS:the total yield and purity of pyroline achieved 60% and 99% respectively.CONCLUSION:the synthetic process is simple and the yield is high.
