摘要
以241位医院工作人员为样本,使用相关分析和多元线性回归技术检验了团队冲突、团队信任与组织公民行为之间的关系,并检验了组织公正感的中介作用。结果发现组织公正感对于团队冲突和组织公民行为之间的关系起到部分中介作用,对于团队信任和组织公民行为之间的关系则起到完全中介作用。
By using a sample of 241 employees working in hospitals, the present study examined the relationships between team conflict, team trust and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and the mediating role of organizational justice. Hierarchical linear regression analysis showed that organizational justice partly mediated the relationship between team conflict and OCB and fully mediated the relationship between team trust and OCB. Imolications of these results and directions for future research are discussed.
