结直肠癌外科治疗的国内外新进展 被引量：8

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,结直肠癌的外科治疗手段和方法和取得了很大进展.本文就结直肠癌外科治疗新方法、新辅助治疗和靶向治疗近年来国内外进展综述如下. 一、外科治疗手段的进展 目前,结直肠癌外科治疗新方法包括经肛门内窥镜微创手术（transanal endoscopic microsurgery,TEM）、腹腔镜技术、达芬奇操作系统（da Vinci surgical system）、经自然孔道内镜外科技术（natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,NOTES）.
