机器人辅助腹腔镜技术的前景展望 被引量:5

摘要 机器人装置正式的走入手术室是在20世纪80年代中期.然而,直到20世纪90年代,用于外科手术的第一个完全的机器人操作系统才出现.ZEUS机器人系统(Computer Motion INC)包括一个主控制台以及三个机器操作臂,术者可以在远处舒服地坐在主控制台旁操作机械臂.ZEUS系统拥有稳定的3-D视野的镜头,对于主控制台的人体工效学也得到了很大的提升.相比传统腹腔镜,机器人操作系统提高了手术操作的自由度和灵活度,ZEUS系统甚至可以在远程操作手术.ZEUS现在早已退出市场,目前临床上广泛使用的机器人外科系统是达芬奇系统(Intuitive Surgical INC).
