食品残留物质监控是世界上大多数国家食品安全监管的主要手段之一,食品残留物质监控体系的完善与否也成为评判一个国家或地区食品安全监管水平的重要参数。本文在介绍欧盟食品残留物质监控体系的基础上,对我国食品残留物质监控中存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了进一步完善我国食品监控机制的建议。

Food residue monitoring is one of the main means for food safety in most countries, and has become an important parameter on judging the food supervision of a country or a region. This paper discusses the food residue management system in European Union and brought forward countermeasures on perfecting Chinese food residue management system.
