耳穴疗法治疗小儿遗尿症940例临床疗效观察

Clinical Effective Observation on 940 Cases with Infantile Enureses Treated by Ear Point Treatment

小儿遗尿症是小儿常见病之一。目前尚无较好的治疗方法。针灸治疗虽有较好的疗效,但由于小儿害怕针刺,且需隔日或每日针刺一次,年幼儿不易接受,年长儿也将影响学习而不易推广。为了探索简便易行、效果较好、能为小儿接受的治疗方法,我们从1984年9月至1988年10月与东城区医药学会儿童咨询门诊协作,开设专题门诊,采用耳穴埋籽、埋针共治疗小儿遗尿症940例,取得了较好的效果,现报道如下。

940 cases with infantile enureses were treatedby Wan Bu Liu Xin,embeded in Fructurs Heterop-hyllus and Dodder seed.Result:Cured rate.158 cases(16.8%)obviousimprovement:480 cases(57.1%),failure:73 cases(7.8%).There are not obvious difference among the 3groups.Selecting points of differentiation is bettereffectiveness.Selecting points of differentiation:Kidney,combing with heart,subcotex.Irritability:liver.Loose appitite:spleen.Put 3-5 points once,press 3 times daily untildistetion,hotness and pain sensation,change theseeds a week left and right alternately.One weakmakes one course.The common treatment period:1-3 courses.
