柴油机高压共轨喷射系统参数对燃烧和排放性能影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用AVL-FIRE软件建立TBD234柴油机高压共轨燃烧过程仿真计算模型,通过仿真计算,系统分析了喷射系统主要参数对柴油机高压共轨燃烧和排放性能的影响。最后进行了试验验证,结果表明,仿真值与试验值基本吻合。研究结果为柴油机高压共轨喷射系统参数的优化设计提供了可靠依据。 The simulative calculation model of combustion process of TBD234 high-pressure common rail diesel engine is built up by AVL-FIRE.The effect of the main parameters of injection system on the combustion and emission performance of the diesel engine is analyzed by simulative calculation.Finally,the model experimental verification is carried out,which shows that the simulative results accords well with the test result.The research achievements will lay a reliable foundation on the optimization design of injection system parameters of high-pressure common rail diesel engine.
