摘要
用Slid Works软件建立气缸盖的实体模型;利用Simulation对建立的气缸盖实体模型进行网格划分,建立了有限元分析模型;利用数值模拟方法对16V240ZJ型柴油机气缸盖进行了有限元分析,分别计算了温度场、热应力场,分析了热—机械耦合应力场,并提出了气缸盖结构的改进建议。
A full-scale model for cylinder head was established with Slid Works.Simulation software was used to mesh the model and finite element model was created.Finite Element Analysis for the cylinder head was conducted.Temperature field,thermal stress field and hot-mechanical coupling stress field were analyzed.The improvement suggestions for the cylinder head were given.
