摘要 本文建立自动顶空-气相色谱法测定水质中7种苯系物的方法,研究不同的色谱条件对苯系物测定的影响,并对顶空条件进行优化,得出最佳的测试条件并考查方法性能指标。研究结果表明,利用DB-FFAP毛细色谱柱,在最佳的顶空条件下,方法具有良好的性能,7种苯系物的准确度和精密度较高,各物质的标准曲线线性均在0.999以上,RSD均小于5%,目标化合物方法检出限为0.24-0.43μg/L,6种不同水质的加标回收率均为90%-110%。可见,利用自动顶空-气相色谱法测定水质中苯系物可以很好地满足目前监测要求,适宜推广。 The method of Automatic Headspace-Gas Chromatography was used to detect benzene series for water.In order to acquire the best conditions,various parameters of the gas chromatography and the automatic headspace were studied.It is found that the method has good capability and high sensitivity on the chromatographic column of DB-FFAP and the best automatic headspace conditions.Under the best conditions,all of the correlations of linearity were greater than 0.999 and the relative standard deviation were less than 5%.In addition,the detection limits of the method were from 0.24-0.43μg/L and the average recoveries in six kinds of water ranged from 90%-110%.The result of experiment indicates that the method is selective,sensitive,accurate and completely suitable for determination of benzene series analysis in water.
