摘要 研究舰船常用涂层/金属体系在典型环境中的腐蚀失效机理,开发出一种基于阻抗技术的可现场评估涂层性能的新技术,研制一套软硬件一体的便携式现场涂层测试仪,并利用此仪器对环氧/聚氨酯涂层体系性能进行快速测试、评价,可有效指导涂层的维护、保养和更新。 In this study,the failure mechanisms of typical coatings in marine environments are investigated,and an impedance-based electrochemical method for quick evaluation of coating performance at engineering fields is established.A portable electrochemical tester for coating testing and a system for the evaluation and management of coatings are developed.This developed tester and system may be used in the engineering fields of ship maintenance to monitor and evaluate the Epoxy/polyurethane coating performance.The results may effectively guide the maintaining and restoration of ship coatings.
