摘要
目的 :探讨氦 -氖 (He -Ne)激光对机体免疫刺激作用的机理。方法 :用剂量为 6 3 7J/cm2 的He-Ne激光照射小鼠肝区 ,照射时间分别为 3,5 ,7和 10d ,每天照射 5min ,采用台盼蓝活体注射显示巨噬细胞吞噬力试验方法 ,观察肝巨噬细胞 (KC)吞噬功能 ,并用图像分析系统对吞噬颗粒作定量分析 ,所有的数据输入微机作F检验。结果 :各激光照射组KC吞噬台盼蓝的颗粒数目、颗粒面积、颗粒面积与细胞面积之比及颗粒的积分光密度四项指标均较对照组增高 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,随照射天数增加 ,各项指标也随之增加 ,各照射组间两两比较 ,差异也均有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :适当剂量的He-Ne激光照射小鼠肝区 ,可激活KC ,从而提高机体的免疫功能。
Objective:To research the mechanism of He Ne laser stimulating immunity of Organism. Methods:The area over liver of the mice was irradiated with the He Ne laser at the dosages of 63.7?J/cm 2 for 3,5,7 and 10 days respectively, 5 minutes each day. TheN observing the phagocytosis of the hepatic Kupffer cell(KC) after trypan blue injecting live mice, and make quantitative analysis of KC phagocytosis by image pattern analysis system. Results:The four indexes: number of trypan granule, area of granule, ratio of granule area to cell area and granule integral optical density at irradiated groups were higher than that of control group (P<0 01). Comparison between different irradiated groups also showed significant difference(P<0 01). Conclusion:He Ne laser at appropriated dosages may activate KC, and enhance the immunity of organism.
