摘要
细胞凋亡失调涉及人类各种疾病的基本病理机制。最近研究表明 ,细胞凋亡在动脉粥样硬化和冠心病病理过程中具有重要作用。细胞凋亡可降低动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性 ,增加不稳定性心绞痛和急性心肌梗死的危险性。此外 ,细胞凋亡还参与急性心肌梗死后心室重构过程。
Disturbance of apoptosis involves in the basic pathologic mechanisms of various diseases in human. Recent studies have indicated that apoptosis plays an important role in the pathologic processes of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Apoptosis can make atherosclerotic plaque unstable, which increases the risk of unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction. In addition, apoptosis participates in ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction.
