MSCT多平面重建及最大密度投影在腰椎峡部裂中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)及最大密度投影(MIP)在腰椎峡部裂中的应用价值。方法从2009年10月至2011年12月所有腰椎CT检查患者,行螺旋CT扫描后薄层重建,进行MPR筛选出87例182处腰椎峡部裂,再行MIP,评估MPR、MIP在腰椎峡部裂中的应用价值。结果 87例椎弓峡部裂中有裂隙182处,MPR、MIP显示率为100%。结论多层螺旋CT多平面重建MPR及最大密度投影MIP是明确腰椎峡部裂的重要方法。 Objective: To explore the value of multi-detector row CT with multiplanar reconstruction,maxmum intensity projection in the diagnosis of lumbar spondylolysis.Methods: For the patients who got the lumbar CT examnation between October 2009 and December 2011,the MPR was done,and for the patients who were diagnosed lumbar spondylolysis with MPR,and the MIP was done.Results: There was a total of 182 sites lumbar spondylolysis in the 87cases,and the display rate of LS with MPRand MIP was 100%.Conclusion:Multiplanar reconstruction and maxmum intensity projection of MSCT play an important role in lumbar spondylolysis.
