摘要
重力式海船坞是水工结构物的一种,是为造修船提供干作业场所的池状建筑物。一般建在海岸比较坚硬的地基上,利用坞体自重抵御渗透上浮力,因此:①混凝土浇筑总量及一次浇筑量非常大;②使用后要经常处在干湿作业状态下,北方还要抗御冻融破坏,其混凝土耐久性要求比普通结构高很多,要求具有很好的稳定性和密实性。本文结合实例重点阐述船坞施工中混凝土的质量控制要点。
Gravity sea boatyard is one of hydraulic structure, and pond engineering in order to provide working field for the ship making and repair. The boatyard often built in the rigid ground basis, which using itself gravity to balance the buoyancy. Thus, 1 the total pour quantity of concrete or one time pour quantity of concrete is very large; 2 It will working under the dry and humid alternately environment, need to resist the freeze-thaw destroy in north China, the demand of concrete durability is higher than common structure, and require the good stability and density. The paper based on an example to introduce the key point of concrete quality control during the boatyard construction.
