摘要
以ANSYS为平台,结合德国DIN18800规范,开发了钢制壳体结构设计软件。结合某实际火电厂吸收塔,采用屈曲理论分析了施工质量和加劲肋对壳体设计应力的影响。研究表明,施工质量的差异能成倍地改变薄壁柱壳的设计应力值,加劲肋的合理间距可以使得壳体稳定分析中的临界应力得到较好发挥。
This paper developed design software combined with Germany DIN 18800 standard, based on ANSYS. The influences of construction quality and stiffening rib on the shell's design stress were investigated by means of buckling theory, based on a practical project. The results show that the difference of construction quality can greatly change the design stress of thin-walled cylindrical shell. And the reasonable spacing of stiffening rib can make the critical stress get better play in the shell's stability analysis.
