摘要
对常见LED产品的结构进行分析,介绍了LED照明产品的散热技术,分析了LED产品在应用中的发热及安全绝缘问题,提出提高LED产品安全绝缘的方法。
Analyze the structure of the common LED products, introduce the heat dissipation technology of LED product, analyze the heat dissipation and safe insulation problem of LED products , proposed ways to improve the insulation of the LED product.
