摘要
数控车床仿真加工过程中,工件的动态建模方法一般为离散法,这类方法可以适应较复杂的零件表面,但是其计算复杂度较高,图形渲染速度受到极大影响。提出一种自适应离散建模方法,该方法根据加工过程中的刀具指令自动调整离散方案和离散精度,从而降低计算复杂度。使用OpenGL编程验证了该方法的有效性。
In the process simulation of the numerical control machining, the modeling of workpiece is usually designed as many small parts. This method is usually effective, but its computational complexity is large. This paper proposes an adaptive method of discrete modeling. The method revises automatically the discrete accuracy and discrete model according to the tool path, and reduces the computational complexity. The simulation program using of OpenGL shows this method is effective.
