摘要
设计了一种方便实用的旋转变压器与通用变频器的接口电路,并将该接口电路应用到低速小容量永磁同步电机的控制中。首先介绍了旋转变压器的工作原理,针对应用场合的特殊性提出了通用变频器的要求,然后详细介绍了基于AU6802N1接口电路的设计原理,并组建了基于该接口模块的控制系统。试验表明,该系统具有非常好的低速控制性能,易于实现产品的量产化。
A very convenient interface circuit for resolver and inverter was designed. The interface was used in the control system of low speed and little power PMSM. The working theory of resolver was introduced and the request of universal converter according to the special application was put forward. Then the designing principle of the interface that is based on AU6802N1 and makeup a control system with the interface model was introduced. Experiment showed that the system has a very good low speed control performance and was easily to achieve batch production.
