摘要
根据某大型立式行星传动齿轮箱的结构和安装特点,引入可靠性理论重新构建了更为完整的多目标的行星齿轮传动系统优化数学模型,随后利用数学软件Matlab和两种方法分别编程对优化模型进行求解,并将得到的轮系参数组合的新系统进行静态特性的对比分析,以确定最为合理的优化结果。同时,利用ANSYS建立行星架有限元模型,并对其进行相应的优化设计,使得新的行星架既可以配合优化后的齿轮传动模型,又可以在满足自身的强度等特性要求的前提下适当减轻自身的质量。
Based on the reliability theory,a more complete and multi-objective optimization model of planetary gear transmission is rebuilt.By the mathematical software Matlab and two programming methods,the optimization model is solved.By using gear parameters after optimization,the analysis of static characteristics of the new system is compared and analyzed to determine the most reasonable optimization results.At the same time,the planet carrier model for finite element analysis is built,the new planet carrier can be suited the gear drive model,their own weight is also reduced under the premise of meeting the strength and other characteristics.
