机车电机小齿轮轴油槽结构优化的有限元分析

摘要 牵引电机小齿轮轴的失效是其油槽边缘处的旋转弯曲微动疲劳所致。采用ABAQUS有限元软件,模拟倒圆曲率半径对小齿轮轴的疲劳寿命的影响,并利用SWT多轴疲劳准则对结构优化的结果进行了分析。有限元分析结果与失效分析的结果有很好的一致性;SWT参数可很好地预测微动疲劳裂纹萌生位置;适当增加小齿轮轴油槽的倒圆曲率半径,可以提高小齿轮轴的微动疲劳寿命。 The failure of pinion shaft of traction motor is induced by the rotary bending fretting fatigue at the edge of oil groove.In this study,ABAQUS finite element soft was used to simulate the influence of the rounding radius on fatigue life,and SWT multiaxial fatigue criterion is used to analyze the result of structure optimization.The finite element analysis results show that there is a well accord with the result of failure analysis.The SWT parameters are good to forecast the site of fretting fatigue crack initiation.Increasing the rounding radius of oil groove appropriately can improve the fretting fatigue life of the pinion shaft.
