摘要
偏航变桨减速箱一般采用多级行星传动,由于受轴向尺寸的限制,也为了加工、装配方便,多采用单臂行星架结构,但单臂行星架存在刚性较差、受力不好等缺点。利用CAE技术对偏航变桨减速箱单臂行星架进行了有限元分析,并进行了结构优化,以寻求质量轻、变形小的单臂行星架结构设计。
Yaw and pitch speed reducers generally adopt multi-stage planetary gear transmission,due to axial dimension restrictions;and for the sake of convenient processing and assembly,single-arm planet carrier is widely used.However,single-arm planet carrier exists the problem of poor stiffness and is not so good in load state.Using CAE technology,finite element analysis of single-arm planet carrier for yaw and pitch speed reducers is carried out,and the structure is optimized for seeking a kind of single-arm planet carrier with light weight and small deformation.
