摘要
保持架失效是滚动轴承常见故障之一。为研究保持架的动态特性,使用拟动力学方法建立滚动轴承平衡方程组,Newton-Raphson方法求解方程组得到滚动体的转速;在ANSYS/LS-DYNA中建立滚动体/保持架有限元模型,施加转速和约束条件并进行动力学仿真,得到保持架的应力分布和动态响应,分析了径向游隙、兜孔游隙对保持架动态特性的影响。
Failure of cage is one common fault of rolling bearing.In order to research the dynamic response and vibration characteristic of the cage,equations of rolling bearing are established by quasi-dynamic method and the rotating speeds of balls are obtained by using Newton-Raphson method.The finite element analysis model of rolling bearing is constructed in Ansys/LS-Dyna.Rotating speeds and constraints are exerted on the balls and cage,after that the explicit dynamic simulation of rolling bearing is simulated and the stress distribution and dynamic response of rolling bearing are obtained.Effects of the radial clearance,pocket-hole clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the cage are analyzed.
