摘要
针对原饲料厂配料精度低、效率低的问题进行改造,采用两级分布式微机配料控制系统,病对配料系统的软、硬件进行设计,在提高配料精度的控制算法上采用在PID控制的基础上引入蚁群算法,来动态调节控制参数,达到较高的控制效果。
The problem of poor quality caused by low accuracy of mixture control system in a forage factory is dealed with. To decide the general plan of design of mixture control system,that is an industrial control computer and single-chip microcomputer mixture system. And describes the design of hardware and software of the mixture control system. On the basis of control of control of PID, ant systems dynamically regulate and control parameter KP,Ti and Td, and finally has accomplished satisfied performances.
