脱毒马铃薯试管薯简化生产技术的研究

摘要 为了简化马铃薯试管薯的生产程序,节约时间和生产成本,利用大西洋和荷兰15试管苗作为试验材料,研究了直接诱导和间接诱导生产试管薯的技术,并比较了不同诱导培养基生产试管薯效果的差异。结果表明:间接诱导法生产试管薯的平均试管薯重、每瓶结薯数等均优于直接诱导法,适宜用于实际生产;A[(MS(大微量元素)+肌醇100mg.L-1+VB 10.42mg.L-1+BA 5mg.L-1+CCC 500mg.L-1+白糖8%)]、B[(MS(大微量元素)+肌醇100mg.L-1+BA 3mg.L-1+白糖8%)]诱导培养基效果优于其它3种培养基,为筛选出的高效培养基。 In order to simplify the potato microtuber production technology, save time and cost, Atlantic and Helan 15 microplants were used as materials, induction method was studied and different induction culture medium were compared at the same time. The result showed that: indirect induction was better than direct induction and culture medium A and B were selected as better induction culture medium than the three others. The culture medium A and B was MS+inositol 100mg·L-1+VB10.42mg·L-1+BA5mg·L-1+CCC500mg·L-1+Sugar 8%、MS+inositol 100 mg·L-1+BA 3 mg.L-1 +Sugar 8%.
