减压渣油中重金属钒、镍的脱除研究 被引量:5

摘要 用一种酯类脱金属剂脱除辽河和委内瑞拉混炼减压渣油中的重金属钒和镍,考察了反应温度、脱金属剂加入量、反应时间和静置时间对金属脱除率的影响。结果表明,适宜的操作条件为:反应温度210℃,脱金属剂加入量2%,反应时间20 min,静置时间20 min。在此条件下,钒和镍的脱除率分别为75.36%和40.05%。 A ester reagent was investigated to remove vanadium and nickel from vacuum residue oil of Li- aohe and Venezuela mixture oil. The effect of reaction temperature, amount of de-metal reagent, reaction time and standing time on removal rate of metal was studied. The optimum condition is indicated as fol- lows:reaction temperature is 210 ~C, amount of de-metal reagent is 2%, reaction time is 20 min and standing time is 20 rain. The removal rate of vanadium and nickel are 75.36% and 40.05% respectively under these experiment condhions.
