摘要
玻璃纤维增强塑料是目前很重要的工程塑料,纤维对注塑成型过程和制品质量有很重要的影响。文章从成型工艺角度出发,采用翘曲度表示翘曲变形的影响,通过数值模拟研究玻璃纤维含量对成型过程和制品翘曲变形的影响。结果表明玻璃纤维会使模具型腔充填难度增大,但注塑制品的翘曲变形有明显的改善。纤维含量增加,会使流动方向上制品的翘曲变形继续下降,而其它方向上变化较不明显。
Glass fiber reinforced plastics is one of the most important engineering plastics.The fiber plays significantly impact on injection molding process and products quality.From the point of view of molding process,the influence of warpage was described by warping degree,and through numerlcal simulation to study the impact of glass fiber on process and warpage.The results showed that glass fiber will increase the difficulty of melt filling to mold cavity,but the warpage is significantly improved.Fiber content increases,the warpage on the flow direction continues to decline,while the warpage variation on else directions is less obvious.
