摘要
中国特色社会管理体系主要由价值分体系、规则分体系、组织分体系、方法分体系、评价分体系构成,中国特色社会主义是中国特色社会管理体系的根本基础。中国特色社会管理体系具有人本性、开放性、能动性、科学性、系统性特征。中国特色社会管理的体系改进的重点是要加强对体系的元治理,推动智慧驱动型社会管理体系建设、不断提高对"输入—输出"模式的管理能力。
Chinese-style social management system is made up of value sub-system, rule sub- system, organization sub-system, method sub-system and evaluation sub-system. Socialism with Chi- nese characteristics is the base of Chinese-style social management system. Chinese-style social man- agement system has feature of naturity, openity, motility, scientificalness and systematicness. The key improvement of Chinese-style social management system is strengthening the basic-governance, inproving the building of wisdom-driven social management system and enhancing the ability of con- trolling the ＂input-output＂ model.
