摘要
概述了车身设计的基本性能要求及如何在满足性能前提下进行车身轻量化的做法。分别从结构拓扑优化、新材料和新工艺3方面阐述相关技术、方法和应用情况,最后结合当前开发技术状态和成本对轻量化技术应用的优先顺序作了概括。
The primary performance of car body and the ways how to reduce the mass without compromising the structural performance is introduced. The related technology, methods and their applications are discussed respectively from the standpoints of the structural topology optimization, new material and new process. Finally, the priority of lightweight strategy is concluded according to the ma- turity of the current technology and its cost.
