过熟期白内障前房维持器灌注下连续环形撕囊

Operation for the hypermature stage cataract with the anterior chamber maintainer by a continuous circular capsulorhexis

目的探讨在前房维持器灌注下以注吸针头行连续环形撕囊完成小切口过熟期白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法对85例（85眼）确诊的过熟期白内障在前房维持器持续灌注下，用截囊针作前囊切开，以注吸针头行连续环形撕囊，完成白内障摘出人工晶状体植入。记录术后视力、角膜、瞳孔及人工晶状体情况。结果85例过熟期白内障均能顺利完成连续环形撕囊，摘出白内障，植入人工晶状体。术后视力恢复良好，反应轻，无严重并发症。结论前房维持器下以注吸针头行连续环形撕囊是完成过熟期白内障手术的有效方法，操作容易，安全性高，疗效良好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the operation for the hypermature stage cata- ract with the anterior chamber maintainer by a continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis （CCC）. Methods 85 cases （85 eyes） with hypermature stage cataract were enrolled in the study. Under continous perfusion of the anterior maintainer, the anterior capsule was incised by the discission needle and the intraocular lense （IOL） was implanted aftr CCC was completed and cataract was removed. Postoperatire vision, cornea, pupil and IOL status were recorded. Results CCC, cataract removal and IOL implantation were performed suc- cessfully in all cases. All patients had good postoperative vision with slight surgical reaction. Severe compli- cations were not observed. Conclusion CCC with anterior chamber maintainer is an effective method for hypermature cataract surgery, which is easy to perform and has good effect.
