摘要
目的观察应用无缝隙缝合带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对1（30例（120）眼原发性翼状胬肉行无缝隙缝合带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣术。结果随访6～24月，1例复发。结论无缝隙缝合带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣术治疗翼状胬肉，复发率低，疗效良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of seamless suture of conjunctival flap with limbal stem cells for pterygium. Methods 100 cases （ 120 eyes） of primary pterygium were treated by seamless suture of conjunctival flap with limbal stem cells. Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 24 months. Only one case recurred. Conclusion Seamless suture of conjunctival flap with limbal stem cells for pterygium has good effect and low recurrence rate.
