目的研究BC369对鼠源肠癌(C26)的抑瘤效应。方法采用小鼠实体瘤的药效学实验方法。结果 BC369对鼠源肠癌(C26)的肿瘤抑制率为(57.47±2.83)%,与对照组比较,P<0.001。结论 BC369对鼠源肠癌(C26)肿瘤生长有显著抑制作用。

Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of BC369 to Murine Colon Cancer （C26）. Methods Pharmacody- namics experimental methods of solid tumors in the living mice. Results BC369 to the tumor inhibition rate of Murine Colon Cancer （C26） is （57.47 ± 2.83 ） %, P 〈 0. 001. Conclusion BC369 can significantly inhibited tumor＇ s growth to Murine Colon Cancer （C26）.
