摘要
对传统中药浓缩工艺进行了比较和分析,指出了浓缩控制关键点,采用了双效浓缩方法,并以工控机为上位机,PLC为下位机对浓缩系统进行控制,分析了系统工作原理、检测点和控制方案,论述了上位机的界面内容和下位机对现场执行机构的测控过程,系统满足了生产的要求。
Traditional Chinese medicine concen- tration processes were compared and analyzed, the key point of the concentration control was pointed out. Using a double - effect concentration method, using the IPC as a upper controller PC,PLC as a lower controller PC of the concentration system control, analysis of the system operational princi- ple, test points and control scheme, discusses the PC interface content and lower machine on - site process monitoring and control actuators, the sys- tem to meet the production requirements.
