摘要 介绍一种液压注塑机伺服泵流量与压力解耦的控制方法。对液压注塑机伺服系统进行建模分析,详细分析伺服泵转速与转矩、流量与压力的解耦控制,采用切换控制策略对控制方法进行优化,实现了注塑周期中不同工艺过程的良好跟踪效果和控制精度,并提高了控制响应速度。 This paper has introduced a flow and pressure decoupling control method in servo pump hydraulic injection molding machine. By modeling the servo system of hydraulic injection molding machine, analyzed that how to achieve the speed and torque, flow and pressure decoupling control of the servo pump,and used switching control strate- gy to optimize the control method, achieved good tracking effect and exact control accuracy in differ- ent process of injection molding cycle, also improve the response speed of control system.
