摘要 目的:探讨CTA在诊断颅内动脉瘤的应用效果。方法:选择2009年2月到2011年12月收治的颅内动脉瘤患者40例,所有患者都采用CTA诊断。结果:40例动脉瘤中囊状动脉瘤23个,梭形动脉瘤7个,不规则动脉瘤8个,粟粒状动脉瘤2个。CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤阳性38例,漏诊2个,诊断准确率为95.0%。结论:CTA在诊断颅内动脉瘤的应用在空间解剖关系方面更具优势,因而可以作为颅内动脉瘤诊断和术前评估的首选技术。 Goal: Discusses CTA at the diagnosis encephalic aneurism's application effect. Method: Chooses in February, 2009 the encephalic aneurism patient 40 examples which admits to December, 2011, all patients use the CTA diagnosis. Finally: in 40 example aneurisms saccate aneurism 23, spindle-shaped aneurism 7, anomalous aneurism 8, millet granular aneurism 2. The CTA diagnosis encephalic aneurism masculine gender 38 examples, leak examine 2, the diagnosis rate of accuracy are 95.0%. Conclusion: CTA has the superiority at the diagnosis encephalic aneurism's application in the spatial dissection relations aspect, thus before may take the first choice technology which the encephalic aneurism diagnosis and the technique, appraises.
