摘要
工业蒸汽锅炉连续排污系统在使用过程中,不但排出炉水表层污水,而且附带着大量的热能一同排出,浪费能源。文中以2台8 t/h蒸汽锅炉为例,通过对其连续排污余热计算,提出一种投资少、利用率高的余热回收方案。该方案采用加装板式换热器的方法,利用连续排污废水余热加热锅炉给水,在提高了锅炉给水温度的同时,回收了连排污水附带的大量余热。通过该方案在企业中的实际应用,分析整套系统的节能、节水效果,可回收热量537 600 kJ/h.
In the operation of the boiler continuous blowdown, it releases the boiler surface blowdown with a lot of thermal energy together,which is a huge energy waste. In this paper, a new plan will be introduced with low cost and high efficiency of re- main thermal energy recover. Installing a plate heat exchanger in boiler is a new way to save thermal energy from blowdown to heat feed water. According to analyze data of remain thermal energy from two 8 t/h steam vapor boilers, there is 537 600 kJ/h thermal energy saving after installing a plate heat exchanger.
