摘要
针对南渡江穿越水平定向钻施工,采用了大口径、长距离、复杂地质条件下的水平定向钻施工技术,讨论了路由选择和曲线设计原则,并对此条件下的导向孔钻进、扩孔、回拖、泥浆配制等技术进行了分析,有效地解决了抱钻等常见问题。
During the construction of horizontal oriented drilling for pipeline crossing the Nandujiang River, this paper con- ducted horizontal oriented drilling technology with difficulties of large diameters, long distances and complex geological condi- tions, discussed the principle of path & route choosing and designing, analyzed pilot holing, hole opening, pulling back and fluid- use issues in above-mentioned conditions to solve effectively a series of problems like drill lock,etc.
