海洋平台钻井系统中的高压管线一般需要采用AISI 4130或与其类似的材料才能满足使用要求,该类管线工作于恶劣工况中,焊接质量要求严格。通过对该种管线材料焊接性的分析和焊接试验,并结合现场实际情况,制订了有针对性的工艺技术措施,包括焊接工艺参数、热处理工艺参数、焊接顺序要求、焊接返修要点,提供了实用的操作细节和使用注意事项。使用该工艺,特殊条件下的焊接要求得到了满足,为AISI 4130管线的焊接施工积累了实用的经验。
The high pressure piping in offshore drilling systems always needs to use AISI 4130 or similar materials to meet relevant requirements. This type of piping lines work in adverse conditions and are strict with welding quality. Based on the analy- sis of welding properties of AISI 4130, through welding tests, and combined with the actual production capacity of the factory, a targeted AISI 4130 piping welding process and a PWHT process are worked out and summarized, including: welding process pa- rameters, PWHT process parameters, weld welding sequences, welding repair process, by conducting some practical operational details and dealing with matters worth attention. By using this process, the requirement for welding under specific operating condi- tions has been fulfilled, and the practical experience in the construction of AISI 4130 steel piping has also been accumulated.
