内平动齿轮减速器外齿板的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前外平动环式减速器结构庞大、振动大、噪声高以及运动平稳性差的问题,提出一种由一级普通齿轮传动和一级少齿差行星传动组合而成的内平动式齿轮减速器,不仅保留了现有环式传动的优点,而且具有结构紧凑、传动比更大,能实现完全动平衡的特点。介绍了这种减速器的工作原理和结构特点;对该减速器的外齿板进行受力分析,得到了10种工况下外齿板的载荷;并用ANSYS软件进行有限元应力分析和模态分析,结果表明外齿板满足强度要求且能避开共振区。 Considering the large structure,severe vibration,high level of noise and less smoothness of motion for the present external translation ring reducer,a kind of internal translation gears reducer is proposed,which is consisted of two stage transmission,one ordinary gear transmission and one planetary transmission with small tooth number difference.This new reducer does not only reserve the advantages of the current ring reducer,but also has compact structure,large speed-reduction ratio and absolutely dynamic balance.Meanwhile the working principle and structure are introduced.And the force of the external toothed plate is analyzed to obtain the load under 10 conditions.In addition the stress and modal analysis are carried out by ANSYS software,which result shows that external toothed plate can meet the requirement of strength and avoid the resonance range.
