摘要
运用模糊理论评价房屋完损等级的计算过程 ,旨在将模糊理论引入房地产估价 ,使房屋价格评估更加科学、合理 .
For the purpose of introducing fuzzy theory into real estate assessment,this paper studies the calculating process for evaluating the perfect grade using fuzzy theory.As a result,the building assessment can be more scientific and reasonable.
