柴电混合动力商用车控制研究

摘要 针对节能环保的目的,以一款正在开发中的Plug-In柴电混合动力轻型商用车为研究对象,分别设计了逻辑门限控制策略和模糊逻辑控制策略。以仿真软件AVL/Cruise和Matlab/Sumilink为平台,通过联合仿真的方式对两种控制情况下的工况进行了模拟,验证了两种控制策略的合理性与优越性。在此基础上,完成了逻辑门限控制系统的开发,并利用dSPACE/MicroAutobox将其控制模型生成快速控制原型,进行了台架试验和实车试验,试验结果表明逻辑门限控制系统性能满足设计要求,整车经济性有大幅提高。 For realizing the rational heat distribution and utilization to get better fuel economy,a being developed diesel-electric hybrid commercial vehicle is taken as the research object,logic threshold control strategy and fuzzy logic control strategy' are respectively designed for its structure.Then the simulation for con- ditions under two control strategies is done respectively with software AVl_/Cruise and Matlab/Sumilink as the platform following by co-simulation method in order to test the reasonability and superiority of the two control strategies.And on that basis the logic threshold control system is designed and a rapid control prototype is cre- ated to test the performance of control strategy with the help ofdSPACE/MicroAutobox through bench test and vehicle field test.The test results show that the performance of logic threshold control strategy meets the design requirements ,and the vehicle has a substantial increase in economic performance.
