摘要
通过将传统医学教育教学模式与台湾阳明大学PBL教学模式对照,提出了实施PBL教学模式的核心改革要素:即转换教师角色,教师从讲授问题到引导与促进学生解决问题;改变传统教学组织模式及改革教学效果评价方法,需要建立一套以考核知识为主,同时对学生分析问题、解决问题以及团队合作能力综合评价的体系。
After comparing our traditional medical education mode With the problem-baseu learning (PBL) mode in Yang Ming University, Taiwan, the paper proposes the core elements of teaching mode reform for the implementation of PBL, including transforming teachers role from teaching to guiding and promoting students to solve problems by themselves, changing the traditional teaching organization mode and reforming the evaluation method of teaching effect. We should establish a comprehensive system of evaluating students'knowledge-mastery, problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
