摘要
临床思维能力的培养是心血管外科专业研究生临床教学的核心之一。文章介绍了通过在教学中灵活采用PBL教学法、启发引导式教学法、案例教学法、以器官系统为基础的多媒体教学法、临床疑难病例讨论等多种教学手段和方法,以提高该专业研究生临床思维能力培养的做法,并指出多种教学方法的应用取得了良好的教学效果。
Developing clinical thinking ability of medical graduates is one of the key aspects in clinical teaching and education of cardiovascular surgery. This paper introduces our ways of applying various teaching methods in our clinical practice to improve clinical thinking ability of cardiovascular surgery graduates, including problem-based learning (PBL), elicitation teaching, clinical case-based teaching, organ system-based and muhimedia-assisted teaching, intractable case discussion-based teaching. Satisfactory results have been achieved.
