摘要
从影响垂直轴风力发电机风轮效率的诸多因素中选取了叶片数目n、安装角度α、叶片曲率半径R和叶片宽度B作为参数,采用正交试验与单因素轮换试验相结合法进行了多参数效率实验,得到叶轮直径320mm时,n=8,B=90mm,R=75,α=25°的一组最优参数值。并运用fluent软件对风机流场进行了仿真,经与实验结果对比,两者吻合良好,从而证明了仿真与实验结果相结合的方法的可行性。又运用仿真方法给出了垂直轴风力发电机风轮的参数选择依据,为以后的设计提供了参考数据。
From many factors that affect the vertical axis Wind turbine’s efficiency,the vane number n,installation angle α,vane curve radius R and width of vane B are selected as parameters.Combining the orthogonal test method and the Single factor rotation method,multi-parameter efficiency experiment is carried out.As a result,when impeller diameter is 320mm,the optimal parameters are N=8,B=90mm,R=75 and =25°.Then,using FLUENT software,the flow field of wind turbine is simulated and the results show a good agreement with experiments data,which can prove the feasibility of this method.In addition the criterions for wind wheel’s parameter selection are given by using simulation method,which give reference for future design.
