摘要
采用NX Nastran软件对空调器室外机底盘的结构刚度进行CAE仿真,根据仿真结果对初始设计方案进行改进和优化,优化后底盘的刚度比原始方案提高了近50%。对优化后方案采用Dy-naform软件进行冲压成形数值模拟,仿真结果表明在冲压成形过程中不会产生拉裂和起皱现象。最后,通过试验验证,表明优化后的底盘刚度比初始方案有明显改善,且底盘成形质量好,因此有限元仿真对新产品的开发设计具有重要的指导意义。
CAE simulation is carried out for the structural stiffness of outdoor air-conditioner’s chassis by adopting NX Nastran software.Based on the simulation results,the original design is improved and optimized,and the stiffness of the new design increases by nearly 50% compared with the original one.Then numerical simulation is implemented for the stamping forming process of the optimized design using Dynaform software,which results show that no crack or wrinkle will occur during stamping forming.Finally,experimental verification exhibits that the stiffness for the optimized design has been evidently improved with good quality in stamping forming.Therefore,CAE simulation has important directive significance in new product’s development.
