摘要
分析了薄板轧制过程中的轧件受力情况,由轧件稳定轧制过程的平衡条件,得到轧制力与张力之间的函数关系,建立了基于稳定轧制过程中的张力的数学模型,运用数学软件Mathematical及Fortran语言编程对轧制张力进行优化设计,通过实例仿真分析,得出了薄板轧制过程合理的张力,为薄板轧制过程及张力的调节提供了理论依据和重要的参数。在生产中应用优化设计结果,确保了稳定的轧制过程,使薄板轧制质量显著提高。该方法还可应用在相似工况的轧件分析及优化设计中。
After analyzing the force system of the rolled pieces in rolling process,a mathematical model on the functional relationship between rolling force and tension was established.Utilizing the mathematical software Mathematical and Fortran programming language,we optimized the design of the rolling tension and the reasonable tension was obtained which provided the theoretical basis and the important parameters for its adjusting in rolling process by simulation analysis.The application of the optimization design in production ensured a stable rolling process and improved the quality of the rolled pieces markedly.This method can also be used in similar conditions of rolled piece analysis and optimization design.
