摘要 冷风系统是玻璃器皿开模压机实现成型玻璃器皿制品的关键子机构,对保证玻璃器皿成型质量和延长模具使用寿命具有重要的作用。首先介绍了玻璃制品在成形过程中的温度分析及模具温度分析,并对冷风系统的工作原理进行分析。针对冷风系统的机构和功能特点,在深入研究实现机械产品快速设计开发的理论和基本方法的基础上,提出了玻璃器皿开模压机冷风系统的参数化设计的思想。在此基础上,详细阐述了基于Pro/E平台下,以Access 2003作为后台数据库,以Pro/TOOLKIT及VC++6.0作为开发工具对玻璃器皿压机的冷风系统进行参数化设计的过程。通过参数化设计方法,提高压机冷风系统的设计效率及质量。 One of the key components of the glassware open molding pressing machine is air cooling system which helps machine to mold products and plays an important role in guaranteeing the quality of the products and prolonging the service life of the die.First,it introduces the temperature analysis in the glass forming process and the mold temperature analysis,as well as the analysis for air cooling system working principle.In the light of the structure and function characteristic of air cooling system,the idea of parametric design for air cooling system of glassware pressing machine is put forward based on deeply study of rapid design theory and basic methods for mechanical product design.With Pro/E platform and VC++ 6.0 as development tool,by taking Access 2003 as database,the parametric design for air cooling system of the glassware pressing machine is carried out,which application can greatly improve design efficiency and quality of the air cooling system.
