摘要
介绍了全液压修井机起升系统的结构和工作原理。利用PRO/E软件建立了全液压修井机起升系统各主要零部件的三维实体模型,然后转成IGES格式文件导入MAYA软件,对全液压修井机起升系统的作业过程进行三维动态处理,充分展示其工作时的真实场景,使抽象的技术问题形象化,从而经济、灵活地组织施工,使全液压修井机起升系统的结构与性能更合理、更有效,进而奠定我国全液压修井机整机的开发与设计。
The structure and working principle of hoisting system of full hydraulic operated workover rig have been introduced simply.It has five features:Using synchronic hydrocylinder to lift or lower hook.Using the add-span pulley system to get a large hoisting ratio.Using hydraulic energy-storing equipment to realize energy saving and lower consumption.Using top drive workover technology to increase the workover speed.Using automatic bit feed system to improve safe coefficient in workover operation.What’s more,a comparative Analysis of hoisting system of full hydraulic operated workover rig and conventional operated workover rig from the aspect of derrick structure,winch system,braking method and way of workover has been carried out.And then it presents that merits of hoisting system of full hydraulic operated workover rig are compact structure,small size,light quality,low cost,advanced technical and economic index and simple scheme.
